Is it time to CLEAN?

Natascha F. Saunders
Computer Security Scan says, 'All Threats Resolved'

*Cleanliness is both the abstract state of being clean and free from dirt, and the process of achieving and maintaining that state. Cleanliness may be wed with a moral quality and may be regarded as contributing to other ideals such as health and beauty.* Source: Internet

During my seasons of transition before something new comes I've always receive what I call my cleaning spirit :-). I'm a pretty organized person, but this involves a deep cleaning. So on this week as I take time to myself ~ cleaning, organizing, trashing, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, donating, recycling, etc. has begun.

This includes for instance: cleaning all the blinds one row at a time, windex the insides of all windows & mirrors, changing and/or hanging wall portraits, laundry (including all sneakers), having my tailor fix all clothes that are in need of repair with hems and stitching, me sewing items that can be used a little bit longer, cleaning inside of the oven, hand washing the carpets ~ my favorite stain remover is:  etc.
Resolve it even gets out make-up, washing the bathroom floors with a toothbrush, tub scrubbing, soaking all bathroom shower curtains, kitchen grease walls around the stove, walls washing around the home, closet organization, shelve item organizing, under sinks, refrigerator shelves, cabinets, food & medicine on the shelves, hair accessories drawer, jewelry/accessory drawer, make-up, hair products, paper/bills/files, computer security scans, updating computer software programs,

Once the house is done I'll do an at home facial, hair style, nails, pedicure, etc.

I'll also be in prayer a bit more this week.... and I fast.

According to Paige Fowler check out her *7 Areas:  ‘How Cleaning and Organizing Can Improve Your Physical and Mental Health’:

  1. It Can Reduce Stress and Depression
  2. It Can Help You Eat Better
  3. It Will Help You Stick to Your Workouts
  4. It Can Improve Your Relationships
  5. It Will Boost Your Productivity
  6. It Can Help You Lose Weight
  7. It Will Help You Sleep Better

......SO for whatever reason I decided to share – when I’m in transformation and in holding for what God will have next I ensure that I clean.
