Today I had the chance to sit down and talk with Deputy Director Ronald E. Blakely from @usedgov, #Tuskegee University alum, #Army #Veteran and currently with the Department of Education working on #HBCU initiatives.
Here are my takeaway’s:
- ‘Some people Win but Loose’
- ‘You’ve got to know when to go around the problem’
- ‘Take a little bit from the people you admire but be YOU’, and
- ‘It’s okay to be different’
